Dr. Richard Strauch, AuD

Dr. Strauch has been serving the Northcentral/Northeastern Pennsylvania area with professional hearing health care since 1977. He received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Bloomsburg University. His doctorate was earned by the College of Health Sciences, Univerity of Florida.

Dr. Strauch has been an invited guest lecturer for master’s level coursework at Bloomsburg University. He has also spoken at several international audiology conferences on a variety of topics. He has served on state audiology committees and is a Fellow of The American Academy of Audiology, Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology, Academy of Dispensing Audiologists, and is a member and a holder of the Certificate of Clinical Competence awarded by The American Speech and Hearing Association.

Dr. Strauch has always recognized the need to stay on the cutting edge of clinical and rehabilitative audiologic services and regularly attends regional, national and international conferences in an effort to provide his patients with the finest in hearing health care. He is truly devoted to each and every individual in his practice, as is his staff, and strives to provide the best and most compassionate care possible.

Dr. Strauch resides in the Wellsboro area, living out by the beautiful Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania.

Apryl Woodhouse – Office Manager

Apryl over sees the office operations to make sure you are receiving the highest level of support and service to make your visit as seamless as possible while you are here. Apryl is the direct point of contact between the Doctor and patients and she is more than happy to assist with any question you may have in regards to billing, products, scheduling or just to provide you support with your on going hearing conservation. When Apryl is not working, she spends her time with her fiance and boys, and enjoys being outside and reading.
